Adwords Account Management Pricing
Our Adwords account management rates are among the lowest and perhaps the most fair in the industry.
Although I would like to brag about how we deliver the most bang for your buck, I do not have a fixed price schedule for ongoing Adwords optimization or initial account setup fees to publish.
Here's why. One size does not fit all!
Price schedules that pigeon hole potential Adwords clients based on an arbitrary keyword count or projected monthly ad spend make absolutely no sense and are usually totally unfair to you. Check around and you'll see exactly what I mean.
The truth is a high percentage of your orders and sales leads will come from a relatively small number of highly targeted keyword phrases. Yes, you need to cover all of your bases in terms of keywords. But you should not be paying a high management fee based on an inflated keyword count where 90% of the keywords do not get a significant click volume or lead to any sales.
Likewise, monthly ad budgets are a poor predictor of a fair management fee. I have managed an account spending over $100,000 per month going to a single landing page and using just 15 keywords (the only profitable ones in this very competitive market).
I have also managed accounts spending less than $1000 per month that took much more management time and skill to make them profitable.
Who should pay more? What is fair and reasonable?
I will customize a fair and reasonable plan that meets the unique marketing goals of your online business.
Here are some pricing models you won't see from me.
Unlike many of my competitors, I will NOT charge you a percentage of your Adwords spending (I have seen charges as high as 40%, OUCH!) or any other incentive plan that drives up your advertising costs.
If your ad spending goes up, it will be because you are making more money, not me.
In fact, I can't think of a worse way for you to pay an Adwords account manager. Why reward them for inflating your Adwords spending instead of investing your money more wisely and efficiently?
At the other end of the pricing spectrum are companies that just put your keywords into an automated bid management software program. I call this, "Set it and forget you!"
They have little interaction with you or your account. This might save you a buck or two a day in Adwords management fees but it will cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars a month in inefficient advertising. You usually get what you pay for but in this case you'll pay dearly with this method and most likely suffer the consequences.
I use experienced human judgment, not software, to manage your account. And I do it 7 days per week, 365 days a year. This is the ONLY way to maximize your profitability and minimize your risk.
Once I determine your personal Adwords marketing goals, I will charge you an agreed upon low, flat monthly management fee which has little or nothing to do with how much you spend on Adwords advertising. The primary factor is the amount time required to achieve your goals.
There are three primary factors which determine how much time it takes us to manage your account.
- Number products or services you have to promote
- Number of relevant keywords, ad groups and campaigns to optimize
- Bid volatility (high or low competition) of your keywords
The quickest way to determine the time requirements is to talk to you in-depth about your business and your marketing plans via a free consultation.
If I think I can help you, I will ask for your permission to log in to your Adwords account for about 30 minutes to evaluate your account history, account structure, past keyword and ad performance, quality scores, etc. This information will be kept strictly confidential and I'll make no changes.
As this point, I'll tell you exactly how I can help (if that's the case) improve your Adwords account performance and provide you a fair and reasonable quote for my Adwords management services.
Our monthly management fee varies by the time requirements of each client but we do have a $15/day ($450/month) minimum to cover basic Adwords account maintenance (hands-on) four times a day, 7 days a week.
Initial account setup fees are also tailored to your specific needs. They could be zero if your account structure is in reasonably good shape and you already have your products or services loaded. This happens often. When your account needs a major overhaul up front or you have many products or services to add I will either quote you a fixed setup fee or an hourly rate. Eithter way, you only pay for the actual time required instead of the high setup fees required by others.
If you are serious about using Adwords to market your business profitably, please call me for a custom proposal. I will give you a very competitive price based on your unique business needs.
