Our sales lead generation services are targeted to established companies with advertising budgets in the $10,000-300,000 per month range.

Account Management Fees

My account management fees are simple, competitive and fair.

I charge 10% of your managed ad spend with a $1500/month minimum fee, which includes your combined spend al managed traffic sources. The minimum fee is $750/month if I only manage your Google Ads account. The minimum fee will be waived for the first and last month of service.

Simple enough?

Your credit card (we accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover) will be charged on the first of each month for the prior month total fee. No advance fee is required (unless a setup fee is necessary to get you off to a good start).

Setup Fees

Initial account setup fees are customized to your specific needs. They could be zero if your account structure is in reasonably good shape. This happens often.

When your account is new or needs a major overhaul up front to improve performance I will quote you a fixed setup fee based on the actual time required instead of the high setup fees required by others up front. Separate fees may also apply if you need assistance in setting up Google tag manager, remarketing, visitor and call tracking, video ads, landing page development or banner ad creation.

Set up fees are charged after the amount and scope has been authorized by you and the work has begun. Set up fees are not refundable.

Termination

I do not require a long term contract. Actually, I do not require any contract. You may cancel at any time without a penalty. That really does mean you can cancel any time, not after a 90 day minimum commitment or after 30 days advance notice like most competitors.

I strive to earn my fee every single day so I don’t want you to be locked in to a contract if you are not happy with my services or need to permanently stop your campaigns. I have current clients that have with me for over 12 years.

Likewise, I reserve the right to terminate the relationship as well. This would most likely occur if the site owner or their representative becomes rude, abusive or makes unreasonable demands beyond the scope of the agreement. This is extremely rare (couple of times in 16 years) but it is wicked fast due to my zero tolerance policy.

In case of termination of our relationship, you will only be charged for management fees earned, but not yet paid, at the time of termination. In this case, the charge date will be the day following the termination date to properly account for your managed ad spend. The minimum fee will not apply to the month of termination.m

Advertising Charges

For full transparency and simplicity, you’ll pay your advertising charges directly to the traffic source, such as Google, Bing or Facebook. We do not add any markup to your ad spend.

You will also pay directly for any third party tools you choose to use, such as call tracking services.
